Here’s the deal:
We’ve rented a big, beautiful, mildly unconventional space, and the only thing we care about is that you’re there with us.
We’ll be spending the weekend at Camp Fircom on Gambier Island, British Columbia, Canada.
Yes! When it’s not being used as an incredible wedding venue, the space is a functioning summer camp. That means we’ve also got canoeing, paddle boarding, archery, swimming, arts and crafts, and pretty much any piece of sports equipment your heart desires — all at our disposal. It also makes this venue particularly child-friendly.
We don’t want anyone to stress throughout the weekend, so we’ve made it super easy. It will be roughly $300 per RSVP (Children under 5 are free), and then we will take care of everything for all 3 days.
We mean it. Everything.
Food, drink, water taxis, beds, canoes — all you have to do is get to Horseshoe Bay.
Options range from Cabins that bunk 3-16 people, Teepees that sleep 10, or even bringing your own gear to camp out on the grounds. (There are, of course showers and washrooms available to all). We highly encourage everyone to stay on the island with us, but if you would prefer to take care of your own accommodations, let us know on your RSVP so we can properly coordinate with you.
